WITH THIS ACQUISITION SYS-DAT GROUP STRENGTHENS ITS CYBERSECURITY OFFERING, A STRONGLY GROWING AREA OF ICT SERVICES
Milan, 24 September 2024 – SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan, STAR segment (“SYS-DAT” or the “Company”) (SYS.MI), a successful Italian operator in the ICT sector that offers innovative IT ervices and solutions for the main industrial segments and services market, announces, following the binding Term Sheet of 7 August 2024, that it has signed the contract for the acquisition of the entire share capital of Flexxa S.r.l. (“Flexxa”). Flexxa, based in Verbania, was founded in 2010 and offers services in the field of cybersecurity and business continuity.SYS-DAT thus continues to fuel its growth path, both in terms of resources and offerings, through acquisitions as well as organically.
