Accessibility Statement

SYS-DAT Group is committed to making its website www.sys-datgroup.com accessible, in compliance with the Stanca Law, Legislative Decree 82/2022 implementing EU Directive 2019/882 – European Accessibility Act and UNI CEI EN 301 549:2023 standard.

Compliance Status

Despite our efforts to allow everyone to adapt the site to their needs, there may still be sections that are not fully accessible, are in the process of becoming accessible, or currently lack an adequate technological solution to make them so.
We continuously strive to improve our accessibility by adding, updating, and enhancing its options and features, and by developing and adopting new technologies

This website only partially meets the accessibility criteria established in Appendix “A” of the UNI CEI EN 301 549 standard, as two areas of non-compliance have been identified and are described below.

Non-accessible Content

  • Some PDF documents published before 06/28/2025 may not be fully accessible. PDFs uploaded after that date may not be fully accessible as they have not yet undergone systematic accessibility verification.
  • The functional component for managing the pop-up on the IPO page, managed through third-party plugins, does not fully comply with WCAG 2.1 requirements. Reports have already been sent to the respective developers and will be replaced or updated as soon as accessible versions become available.

Statement Preparation

This statement was prepared on July 22, 2025, based on an internal assessment conducted by SYS-DAT Group using automated testing and manual verification according to WCAG 2.1 AA. It will be reviewed annually and whenever substantial modifications are made to the site.
