MILAN (MF-NW) – SYS-DAT Group, a leading ICT company offering innovative IT services and solutions for major market sectors, has acquired SiSolution, a company that operates in the design and development of solutions and infrastructure for companies active in manufacturing and textiles, thus enriching its expertise in these areas. SiSolution, as of May this year, is the fourth acquisition and represents a step forward in the Group’s strategic expansion path, which aims to provide a comprehensive and cross-cutting range of services that is being enriched from time to time thanks to the expertise of the new companies entered, a note informs.
During 2023, in order, SYS-DAT saw the entry of Milan-based Equalis, which specializes in the development of software solutions for law firms, into the Group’s perimeter. This was followed by the acquisition of Reggio Emilia-based Vcube, which strengthened the business with technology solutions in cyber security.
In November 2023, SYS-DAT acquired control of the Padua-based company Trizeta, which accompanies its customers in their 4.0 transition by offering high-tech IT solutions for industrial process automation.
