With this acquisition, its fourth since the beginning of 2023, SYS-DAT Group expands its offerings with cutting-edge solutions in the managed it services arena, putting expansion by external lines alongside significant organic growth
Milan, December 19, 2023 – SYS-DAT Group, a leading ICT company offering innovative IT services and solutions for major market sectors, announces that it has acquired SiSolution, company that operates in the design and development of solutions and infrastructure for companies active in manufacturing and textiles, thus enriching its expertise in these areas.

SiSolution, as of May this year, is the fourth acquisition and represents a step forward in the Group’s strategic expansion path, which aims to provide a comprehensive and cross-cutting range of services that is being enriched from time to time thanks to the expertise of the new companies that have entered.
During 2023, in order, SYS-DAT saw the entry of Milan-based Equalis, which specializes in the development of software solutions for law firms, into the Group’s perimeter. This was followed by the acquisition of Reggio Emilia-based Vcube, which strengthened the business with technology solutions in cyber security. In November 2023, SYS-DAT acquired control of the Padua-based company Trizeta, which accompanies its customers in their 4.0 transition by offering high-tech IT solutions for industrial process automation.
The recent acquisitions complement SYS-DAT’s solid organic growth process, which is currently registering an annual rate of 15 to 20 percent, much higher than that of the ICT market, estimated at around 8 percent.
