SYS-DAT Group acquires Os2, a company active in digital marketing

New acquisition for SYS-DAT Group, which, after bringing Attua and Humatics on board in 2021, acquired Os2, a company specializing in digital marketing, before the end of the year.

The deal was through Logic One, a SYS-DAT Group company focused on custom made web projects. Os2 can rely on well-established know-how in the creation of professional websites and e-commerce, web marketing, online advertising and social media management activities.

“Its digital services,” reads a note, “are increasingly central to the success of companies and complement well with the innovative and tailor-made web projects developed by Logic One for its clients, geared toward their business development.

Both Logic One and Os2 are headquartered in Palermo, Sicily-their union fits into Sys-Dat’s strategy of pursuing determined growth by selecting people with high skills and innovative content.

For Os2 “a new chapter opens,” the statement continues, “within a solid group, from which it will be able to draw a number of benefits, first and foremost an acceleration at the business development level. In addition, its customers will be able to count on an IT partner capable of supporting them comprehensively, thanks to the breadth of services guaranteed by Sys-Dat Group.”

“This insertion,” comments Andrea Pizzolato, ceo of Logic One SYS-DAT Group, “allows us to strengthen our offering for e-commerce platforms and to extend our expertise in Seo and Sem activities, granting us further specialization in digital marketing and an international opening.

“The unification of our facilities in a single office in Palermo,” the manager continues, “allows us to expand our staff to 30 people, making us the most relevant software house & web agency in Sicily.

Stéphane Martin (a.d. of Os2 and now digital marketing B.U. manager of Logic One) stresses the “highly strategic” value of the operation, “capable of giving birth to a reality that, in a short time, will create a value far greater than the sum of its components.”

“Fundamental was the complementarity of skills between the two players,” adds Vincenzo Micciché, himself a.d. of Os2, who became e-commerce B.U. Manager of Logic One. Logic One expert in Erp solutions in fashion and Os2, which focuses on setting up e-commerce, corporate & digital marketing websites.”
