
SYS-DAT Group has approved its new strategic plan 2026-2028, aiming to double the size of the group again in the next three years by focusing on both organic growth and acquisitions.
The company, which is active in the development of IT solutions for industry and services, ended 2025 with revenues of €89.6 million, up from €18.5 million in 2019. During the same period, ebitda rose from 4 million to 17.1 million euros, while adjusted net income increased from 1.8 million to 8.7 million euros. As approved by the board, the plan calls for organic growth of up to 10 percent annually, supported by innovation, upselling activities, and new M&A deals.
Vice President Emanuele Angelidis explained that the strategy will continue to focus on specialized proprietary software for vertical markets, while CEO Matteo Neuroni emphasized that the group operates in IT segments characterized by strong growth in demand and opportunities for market consolidation.
