SYS-DAT Group, a leading company for more than 40 years in the ICT sector, has acquired Emmedata, a historic Marche-based IT company specializing in the fashion and footwear industry, with a staff of more than 50 people whose skills and know-how are in particular demand in the market, as evidenced by the more than 100 clients who rely on it.
“The entry of Emmedata,” reads a note, “strengthens and enriches the group’s offering in the made-in-Italy fashion sector, in which SYS-DAT Group is a market leader.
This is the eighth acquisition in the fashion field for SYS-DAT, which most recently merged Accord, Progeco, Modasystem and Moda Solutions into Sys-Dat Verona.
Founded in 1985 in Civitanova Marche, Emmedata has been and is working alongside major fashion and, in particular, footwear brands, providing them with integrated solutions for managing all processes, from design to retail, focusing on maximum scalability.
“Becoming part of an established player like SYS-DAT Group allows us to increase the potential of the people who work with us and to guarantee an increasingly comprehensive offering to clients in the specific sector we refer to.
