Marta Neuroni

He attended Political Science at the University of Milan and has worked in IT companies for more than 25.

Since 1997, for more than 10 years, he joined SYS-DAT Group as Marketing & Sales Manager and HR Manager. Since 2012, he has been a member of the Board of Directors contributing to the evolution and growth of the Group’s business. He also participates in M&A transactions by developing and coordinating Marketing, Communication and HR due diligence activities.

In his 25-year career, he has contributed to the development and growth of several IT companies by developing marketing and communication strategies geared toward the achievement of short-, medium- and long-term business objectives. Managed and integrated human resources development and growth policies harmonizing them with both the evolution of the corporate organization and the dynamic and demanding market environment. He has always effectively managed heterogeneous teams made up of people from different business backgrounds by bringing out skills and competencies based on concepts of “inclusiveness and equality.”

She has also been, for about 10 years, a member of the board of directors of IT companies: Exys S.r.l., Modasystem S.r.l., B-One on Site S.r.l. and E-Lab Consulting S.r.l.
