University and Enterprise: A virtuous interaction that creates opportunities and brings innovation

SYS-DAT Group, a leading player in the ICT sector, specializing in innovative software solutions for Fashion & Luxury companies, was invited to bring a testimony to the students of the Bachelor of Arts in History and Languages of Advertising course at the Faculty of Linguistic Sciences of the Catholic University of Milan.

The invitation came through Prof. Patrizia Musso, who is also the Educational Director of the Master’s Program in Account and Sales Management – ALMED/Centrimark

For the past several months, the SYS-DAT Group has been an operating partner of this specific Master’s program: the collaboration consists of a series of appointments during which students, future Sales, participate in stimulating meetings to get in touch with the world of work.

At the end of the educational activity, some of the postgraduate students will then have the opportunity to be included in the company team with a 6-month internship in the Sales and Account Management department.

Present at the meeting, along with Prof. Musso: Matteo Garegnani, Sales Director of SYS-DAT Group, who explained the cornerstones of the company’s reality, and Carlotta Tarricone, who brought her testimony as a former student of the seventh edition of the Master’s program and now an Account Manager in SYS-DAT.

During the presentation, particular attention was paid to the Group’s value aspects and the attention paid by SYS-DAT Group management to the growth and well-being of its employees because it is precisely the people, with their peculiarities and skills, who are the most important assets.

The offering of the most attractive solutions for young people such as Virtual Showroom, Artificial Intelligence, Omnichannel platform and Cyber Security, from the idea to market launch, to the use of the solution and customer satisfaction, ending with communication strategies inside and outside the company, finally leaving room for the many questions from students intrigued by the topics addressed during the meeting.
