CAST, Society of SYS-DAT Group – After almost three years since our last in-person event, we are pleased to inform you that we are resuming with our usual “Privacy Lessons” training seminars on a topic of absolute importance “Here comes the Guarantor in the company”… but don’t panic!
The event will address what are the main peculiarities that characterize the inspection visits of the Guarantor Authority and the methods of verification in order to provide you not with the usual theoretical notions, but to illustrate concretely how to properly manage and deal with an inspection visit in order not to be found unprepared. Our speakers will be:
– Dr. Giuseppe Giuliano (former official of the Inspection Unit of the Supervisory Authority)
– Dr. Andrea Chiozzi (GDPR Evangelist and Ceo Privacylab)
The event will be structured with the usual problem solving perspective. A time for you and our experts to meet and exchange information, with ample room for discussion and questions.
At the end of the event, a certificate of training will be issued, which is necessary to fulfill the training/education requirement of the European Regulations.

2:45 p.m.: What are the notice arrangements, preparation, inspection team roles, limits and powers, the role of the owner’s team. The entire inspection procedure will be covered including access, whether by system administrator or an employee authorized to access the data, and initial findings during an inspection activity and cross-examination with the party:
– Modè of notice.
– Role and activities̀ of the inspection pool and company team in the inspection.
– Acquisition of documentation.
– Access to databases.
4:15 p.m.: Coffee break.
4:45 p.m.: Practical examples of verification on:
– Marketing and Newsletters.
– Web site.
– Telephone Calls and Call Centers.
– Informative.
– Treatment Records.
– External Managers.
5:45 p.m.: You have the floor: questions doubts and reflections, and close the proceedings.
