The event, which will be held on March 15 at 2 p.m. at the Headquarters of Confindustria in Verona, will discuss the main peculiarities that characterize the inspection visits of the Supervisory Authority and the methods of verification, in order to provide you with not the usual theoretical notions, but to illustrate to you concretely how to properly manage and deal with an inspection visit so as not to be found unprepared.
Our speakers will be:
- Dr. Joseph Giuliano (former official of the Inspection Unit of the Supervisory Authority).
- Dr. Andrea Chiozzi (GDPR Evangelist and Privacylab Founder).
The event will be structured from the perspective of problem solving. A time for you and our experts to meet and exchange information, with ample room for discussion and questions.
At the end of the event, a training certificate will be issued, which is necessary to fulfill the training/education requirement of the European Regulations.

2:45 p.m.: What are the notice arrangements, preparation, roles of the inspection team, limits and powers, and the role of the Data Controller and other data controllers according to GDPR regulations. The entire inspection procedure will be covered including access, whether by system administrator or an employee authorized to access the data, and initial findings during an inspection activity and cross-examination with the party.
4:15 p.m.: Let’s have coffee and relax for a moment.
4:45 p.m.: Practical examples of verification on:

- Telephone Calls and Call Centers.
- Informative.
- Treatment Records.
- External Managers.
5:45 p.m.: Your turn, questions doubts and reflections, and closing of the proceedings.
