TELEMARKETING OPERATOR

The candidate will be part of the Marketing Business Unit and will have the following responsibilities:

• customer care.
• New customer scouting and profiling activities.
• shadowing Event organization.

Requirements

• Excellent ability to establish and maintain ongoing relationships is required.
• Experience of at least 5 years in peer roles for medium to large companies, gained in service companies selling IT solutions (ERP, CRM, SCM, PDM, RETAIL,…).
• Effective collaboration with Commercial Business Units.
• Results orientation, determination and proactivity.
• Good communication skills.
• Propensity for Teamwork.
• Knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
