Entering expense information is simple and intuitive and can be done via the smartphone app or online from any device, including a desktop computer. For each entry, you can add a photo of the receipt along with all related information. The expense report software includes over 12 expense categories, each of which contains customizable detailed information.

Fluida is software that manages employee attendance: with Fluida, you can easily request, approve, and organize vacation time, time off, sick leave, and overtime. View your personal or team calendar in daily or weekly view, filter by work groups or location, and receive regular notifications to help with your planning.

With Fluida, you’ll have access to software for managing employee time and attendance: four technologies to meet every attendance tracking need—namely, Bluetooth, GPS, NFC, and Beacons.

Nowadays, especially with the rise of remote work, it’s helpful to have a tool for remote time tracking that allows you to “clock in” even when you’re away from the physical office, with maximum flexibility and convenience.

In addition to clocking in with your badge at the Fluida Station, you can also clock in via Bluetooth using a beacon—simply by using your cell phone.

Fluida helps streamline document digitization; in fact, you can send and receive contracts, pay stubs, identification documents, and all company documents directly through the app. You can alert employees via push notifications and request read receipts for the most important messages.

Fluida is also project and job management software: it allows you to create task categories associated with different teams or individuals and jobs organized by client. For each task, you can specify the location, attach documents and photos, and add notes. You can set the estimated number of hours for a project and send daily reminders to employees.

Fluida is software for managing employee communications: with Fluida, you can send personalized company communications, receive confirmation, and keep track of them. Employees will receive a push notification on their phone or an email allowing them to view the message and download any attachments.
