SYS-DAT Group is one of the leading providers of IT solutions for businesses.

To expand its internal operations, VERSYA SPA, a SYS-DAT Group company based in Cuneo, is seeking:

SUPPORT CONSULTANT

The selected candidate will join the help desk team and will be responsible for

Liability

• Customer Service: Provide technical and functional support via telephone for customer service dedicated to the professional accounting firms sector.
• Remote support: Establish remote connections to customers’ systems to diagnose and resolve issues in real time.
• Customer Training: Instruct and train users on the effective use and features of the Bpoint and Genya software.
• Request Management: Track and manage support requests to ensure they are resolved promptly.

Requirements

• Knowledge of accounting and administration, preferably gained at accounting firms
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Ability to use computer tools (no specific skills required)
• Knowledge of the Office suite
• Education: high school diploma in accounting / associate’s degree in economics or a related field
