Federico Lazzati

Born in Milan on March 4, 1970, he received a degree in Business Administration from the Luigi Bocconi University of Milan in 1999 and has been licensed as a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor since 2004.

He has gained relevant experience in corporate and tax consulting including for Third Sector entities, dealing with civil and tax consulting. He has, in addition, assisted in the preparation of appraisal reports and valuations of companies in the context of sales of shareholdings or other extraordinary corporate transactions.

He has served as an auditor for major service, real estate and holding companies for about 20 years.

In addition, since 2008 he has been a member of the Commission “Nonprofit Entities and Social Cooperatives” of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts of Milan, actively participating in the preparation of advisory opinions and the organization of conferences dedicated to the specificities of the nonprofit sector.
