Milan, July 14, 2026 — SYS-DAT S.p.A., a company listed on Euronext Milan’s STAR segment (“SYS-DAT Group”or the“Company”) (SYS.MI), a successful Italian ICT operator offering innovative IT services and solutions for major industrial sectors and the services market, announces that it has signed a major contract with Inalca S.p.A., a European leader in the beef industry.
Inalca S.p.A. has selected SYS-DAT Group to design and implement the group’s infrastructure upgrade, thereby preventing supply chain issues and increasing its resilience.
SYS-DAT Group’s long-standing relationship with Inalca S.p.A. has led to the development of various ICT solutions over the years.
In this latest project, the SYS-DAT Group has developed a sophisticated solution for Inalca to mitigate operational risks and ensure full production continuity, 24/7. Inalca’s significant size and complex organizational structure required the implementation of innovative solutions utilizing AI. To prevent the interruption of critical services, a redundant system with automatic “failover” was designed and built specifically for Inalca S.p.A.; in the event of a service disruption, this system immediately makes a mirrored infrastructure available without any interruption. Leveraging the technologies integrated into its innovative AI-based suites, SYS-DAT implemented a synchronous “mirroring” system that ensures constant replication and total data security. At the same time, a disaster recovery system for critical business systems was implemented, and through its 24/7 Managed Service, SYS-DAT ensures constant monitoring of the infrastructure.
