SYS-DAT, an Italian ICT specialist group listed on Euronext STAR Milan, closed Q1 2026 with total revenues of €26 million (up 15.9 percent from €22.4 million in Q1 2025), thanks to organic growth of 7.2 percent and the contribution of the acquisitions of et.ics and Technis Blu.
EBITDA grows 25.6% to 5.1 million, with the margin at 19.8% improving from 18.3% in Q1 2025. EBIT more than doubles to 3.1 million (from 2.0 million), whilenet income increases 19.9% to 1.8 million, hurt by the realignment of PPA 2025 depreciation and amortization. Net financial position remains positive at 14.3 million (from 17.4 million at the end of 2025), with the change mainly related to payments for acquisitions. Liquidity stands at 47.3 million.
CEO Matteo Neuroni said, “We have enhanced our range of solutions through the newly acquired et.ics and Technis Blu and continued to benefit from AI both for internal activities and in terms of offerings.”
The Strategic Plan 2026-2028 is scheduled to be presented on May 18.
