Einaudi, 108 – 62012 Civitanova Marche (MC) as Data Controller, processes your data (e.g. name and surname, e-mail address, telephone number) to respond to your request. The provision of data for this purpose is the fulfillment of your request. The legal basis of the processing is Art. 6.1.b) of the GDPR.   

Your data, subject to your consent given by selecting the appropriate box, will be used to send commercial and advertising information concerning informative messages and commercial, promotional communications relating to the Data Controller’s activity and products via traditional methods (e.g. contact telephone) or automated contact methods (eg automated email campaigns, instant messaging, social networks, etc.) in full compliance with the principles of lawfulness and correctness and the provisions of the law. The provision of your data for this purpose is optional and does not compromise the response to your request for information. The legal basis of the processing is art. 6.1.a.) of the GDPR. You may object to the processing at any time by writing to the Data Controller at the contact details indicated in this information. 

Processing methods : Your personal data will be processed manually, electronically and/or electronically, through the use of cookies (as indicated in the cookie policy available on the site) in compliance with the methods set out in the articles. 6, 32 of the GDPR and through the adoption of the appropriate security measures envisaged. 

Data communication: Your data will be processed by appropriately appointed personnel and will be communicated externally to companies acting as independent Data Controller or Data Processor:  

  • external parties who provide cloud services; 
  • technical assistance service providers; 
  • company that manages the website limited to technical access for maintenance and management needs of the web server 
  • social platforms in case of publication of advertisements and companies that provide services related to the cookies used on the site.

Storage time : We inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the completion of the services provided and in case of consent to the marketing purpose until you decide to cancel your subscription to the service or oppose the treatment.
