Designed specifically for the needs of a distillery
Fully integrated into SAP Business One is the solution specially developed to deal confidently and serenely with the many peculiarities of a distillery. The specific needs of companies in the industry are in fact totally developed within the DistOne ERP system.
Acquisition of raw materials (lees, marc etc.) also with data retrieval system from external archives and complete record management, including traceability and tracking. Production management distillation, processing, bottling, assay management, inventory management etc.
In detail, the management of “Processing Assays” enables the entire production process of the passage into processing of Raw Materials for Distillation to be carried out with a single function, ensuring traceability from the raw material used for processing to the finished distilled product.
The program has been equipped with an automatic identification system for raw materials to be consumed that is based on three types of calculation, differentiated by product type contributed on an ascertained anhydrous volume basis:
- Discharge by raw material quantity
- Discharge by degree conferred mount
- Discharge for % production waste
UTF accounting management realization and filing of records required by the Customs Agency both Telematic and paper. Excise Accounting Management with daily and monthly telematic submissions. Telematic and paper-based DAA and DAS management.

The programs are made to make the management of UTF accounting, the operations of sending telematic files to the Customs Agency and the printouts of UTF registers that have been approved by the Customs Offices of Trento, Bolzano, Padua and Treviso as automatic as possible.
The whole ERP system has been integrated with the management of quantities in anhydrous liters and excise values, so for each document whether it is purchase, sale or production, it is possible to detect the detail of alcohol volumes and their value.

Different management and valorization of the document according to the tax nature of the warehouse of Delivery of the goods, thus attributing the excise value to cost in case of delivery to customers who are not Authorized Tax Depots. With regard to the sale of alcohol and alcoholic beverage products, provision has been made for the calculation of quantities based on the weight of the material in addition to the indicated volumes.
