Microsoft Power BI in the enterprise

Insights only have an impact when they are in the hands of those who can use them for informed actions and decisions. That’s why Microsoft has been working to improve the way users share their reports and insights with their team members.
With new integrations between Microsoft PowerPoint, Outlook, OneDrive, SharePoint, Office Hub and Teams, organizations can turn their Microsoft 365 apps into hubs for discovering detailed information and promoting a data-driven culture.
Users can now include interactive Power BI reports or even individual images directly in PowerPoint and include reports as descriptive tabs within Outlook e-mails. Today it is also possible to save Power BI files in OneDrive and SharePoint and edit them directly from there to simplify collaborative report creation.
To further enhance the integration between Power BI and Microsoft Teams, there are a number of new features including the ability to embed organizational apps in Teams, the ability to share Power BI reports and images directly in chats with preview tabs, the new Power BI in Teams mobile experience, and more.
Outside Microsoft 365, a much-improved tenant-to-tenant sharing experience for data sets, reports, and more to make collaboration easier and more fruitful between organizations.

Power BI provides functionality to aid governance and administration for organizations seeking to manage the complexity of a data-driven organization.
Data loss prevention (DLP) policies to support detection of uploading confidential information such as credit card numbers.
Also released were features for CPU measurement for DLP policy evaluation and override of policy suggestions for false-positive reporting, and increased governance controls on “My Workspaces” that allow administrators to access any user’s content, designate a capacity for all existing and new workspaces, and prevent users from moving My Workspaces to a different capacity.
