The initiative is promoted by the Ministry of Family, Natality and Gender Equality in favor of working mothers
Technis Blu – in the person of its CEO, Lucia Masullo – signed, on April 29, 2024, the Code for Responsible Businesses in Favor of Motherhood, promoted by the Ministry of Family, Natality and Gender Equality.
The Code of Self-Discipline aims to foster a climate of cooperation between the company and employees with respect to maternity, in the areas of career continuity for mothers, initiatives to protect health, adaptation of work time and modes, and support for child care and care expenses.
Technis Blu-with a workforce of 48 employees (data as of Dec. 31, 2024) composed of 55 percent women, who occupy 90 percent of managerial positions-has always paid attention to welfare policies and special consideration for working mothers.
The initiative is part of a path already taken by the Company by intervening, among others, with measures to improve the relevant contractual provisions, testifying to an inclusive work environment conducive to equal participation.
