All our activities take place in full compliance with the national legal system and, in particular, with the organizational and business legality principles enshrined in Legislative Decree 231/2001.
The company, in fact, adopts a Management Organizational Model – General Part, a Code of Ethics of Conduct.
All supported by a 231 Disciplinary Code which outlines the consequences for recipients related to the violation of these principles.
In order to promote an ethical and responsible work environment, we adopt a Policy on whistleblowing, providing an organizational and procedural structure for reporting conduct, acts or omissions that harm the interest or integrity of the company.
The goal is to promote the culture of integrity, transparency and accountability, inside and outside the organization, by encouraging ethical and conscious behavior,
which we want to disseminate and communicate so that all our stakeholders can share it and, consequently, adapt to it. The Whistleblowing Manifesto, in fact, represents our public commitment to guaranteeing the broadest protections provided by the legal system, extending them to anyone who may assume a legitimate role in the area of reported facts, ensuring an impartial and objective analysis of the issues raised through the reporting of wrongdoing, in the context of theScope of application of Legislative Decree 24/2023.
