We are pleased to announce that, thanks to a management by out operation, Values Ai S.r.l., a company 100% controlled by the minority shareholders of Technis Blu, has purchased 78.8% of the shares of Technis Blu s.p.a. held by Infordata Spa, Digital Value group. This is a continuity initiative that guarantees and reinforces our business strategy based on solid skills and great professionalism, as well as the continuous search for high-performance and innovative solutions to offer the market. This operation also aims to confirm the, already, our approach to sustainability over time, which remains a must for our team oriented to operate according to principles of fairness, honesty and behavioral ethics.
