Ensuring compliance with the regulatory framework is crucial for whatever digital signing solution you choose to adopt, primarily those regarding the technical rules on the generation, affixing and verification of advanced, qualified and digital electronic signatures (22.02.2013), the privacy and GDPR regulations regulated at the European level regarding privacy management and implementation of the signing process, and the GDPR regulation (EU Reg. No. 679/2016) on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, which has been in force since 2016 and is being fully implemented since 25.05.2018.

SIMPLE ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (FES)
Consisting of elements that enable legally relevant acts or facts to be traced back to a natural person.
ADVANCED ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (FEA)
A type of electronic signature with which all deeds except contracts relating to real estate can be signed
QUALIFIED ELECTRONIC SIGNATURE (FEQ)
The signature that allows documents with full legal validity to be exchanged online.
