In recent years, business information systems<\/strong> have become a determining factor in a company’s ability to grow in an orderly and sustainable manner. A company’s growth is not only seen by turnover or the number of people. It is also seen by how easily the organization can coordinate. When everything is running smoothly, information is flowing, processes are dovetailing, and decisions are arriving in reasonable time. When, on the other hand, information systems begin to “fall behind,” the signal is almost never an obvious failure. It is a constant friction, made up of small time lapses, repeated audits, and doubts that accumulate. <\/p>\n\n
