(\u201c<strong>Glam<\/strong>\u201d) and Glam Digital Lab S.r.l. (\u201c<strong>Glam Digital Lab<\/strong>\u201d), companies specialized in digital commerce, a rapidly growing sector in the ICT industry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Glam and Glam Digital Lab, both based in Bologna, were founded in 2013 and 2016 respectively. They support companies in their end-to-end digital communication process, from the entire technological stack development and related software solutions to the online channel daily management. The services offered span from business intelligence to branding and corporate image, from UX\/UI to CRM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In 2023, Glam and Glam Digital Lab generated total revenues of approximately \u20ac2.2 million, with a margin (EBITDA Margin) of approximately 30% and a Net Financial Position (cash positive) at 30 June 2024 of approximately \u20ac0.7 million. The Company announces that on 25 October 2024 the merger project relating to the merger by incorporation of Glam Digital Lab into Glam was filed for registration in the Bologna company register.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Matteo Neuroni, CEO of SYS-DAT, commented: <\/strong><em>&#8220;We are very pleased to welcome in our Group Federico Venturoli and his young and dynamic team.
