- Legitimate interest and consent: in marketing, the use of consent is crucial, but it is not always the only legal basis. Besides soft spam, when can the use of legitimate interest be evaluated? Practical cases.

She has worked at the legal offices of Telecom Italia, Google Italy in Milan and at consulting firms specializing in technology law. She offers legal assistance for digital projects {Artificial intelligence, data monetization, data strategy, smart cities, start-ups}. She participates in numerous university conferences, including national ones, such as the Privacy Day Forum and is a lecturer at Privacylab courses. Co-author with Eng. Monica Perego of the book “Privacy and Marketing” IPSOA. She is a lecturer in higher education at universities and institutions.
