IT SPECIALIST

The candidate will be placed in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. We are looking for a Senior System Administrator with experience in the structured and advanced management of the Data Center area. The resource will follow most of the activities on the Network, Servers, Cloud, deepening for each of these areas also the Security aspects.

The person will be able to work both at our operational headquarters in Reggio Emilia and remotely in hybrid mode.

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of Windows Server and Linux distributions
• Good skills in virtualization with VMware
• Knowledge in Backup
• Knowledge of Storage logic (data replication, snapshot, restore)
• Knowledge in Networking (switches, access points, routers) and Protocols (TCP/IP, NFS, CIFS, etc.)
• Knowledge in Security (Endpoint Protection, User Permission, Identity Management, Data Protection, VPN, ACL Firewall, etc.)
• Knowledge of Infrastructure Services such as DNS, DHCP and Active Directory, Group Policy, etc.
• Troubleshooting skills, problem determination
• Ability to analyze performance and tune systems

Preference will also be given to:

• Knowledge of virtualization systems such as Hyper-V and Citrix
• Knowledge of cloud solutions such as AWS and/or Azure
• Knowledge of automation systems
• Knowledge in Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Familiarity with Ticketing systems for activity management and Monitoring systems for problem prevention
